This is so, because of the fact that cPanel and DirectAdmin do not offer any domain name registration/transfer/management opportunities. If you go for Ubuntu as an OS for your dedicated hosting web server, there will be no Control Panel possibility.

Hosted Domains ² - unmetered domain names can be hosted with all offered Control Panel devices, but only with Hepsia you can register/transfer/administer your web page names in one account.
